2、产品说明Product description
热塑性低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃材料是以聚烯烃树脂为基料,加入特殊改性剂、阻燃剂、稳定剂等其他助剂,经特殊工艺加工而制得的粒状料。
Thermoplastic, low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant POE compound is based on POE resin, produced and pelletized by special technology with adding special modifier, flame retardant, anti-oxidant and other special additives.
3、加工工艺Processing technic
采用一般挤出机加工,建议使用L/D≥20、压缩比1:1.2~1.5的低压缩比螺杆
The compound can be processed with conventional extruder, and the screw with a minimum 20:1 L/D and a compression ratio of 1.2~1.5 is recommended.

4、储存与运输Storage and transport
包装:25kg一袋,铝箔聚烯烃薄膜内袋,牛皮纸复合袋外包装。
运输与储存:电缆料在运输过程中不应受日晒雨淋,应储存在清洁、阴凉、干燥、通风的仓库内。
Packaging: 25kg/bag, Aluminum foil and PE membrane inside bag, and kraft paper outside bag.
Storage and transport: Avoiding in direct basked and weathering. The storage place should be in clean, cool, dry, and ventilated conditions.
